Dear Alumni,

Welcome to the registration page of our alumni greeting video. Registration is very easy via the form below. The data protection declarations can also be viewed there. After completing the registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent, which contains the link to our FHWS cloud. There you can upload your video message easily and securly directly from your phone. The deadline is Friday, 17 Jun 2022.

1) Consent to the creation of photos and video recordings

I herewith consent to the creation of photo and video recordings of myself as part of the project

Alumni greeting video

for the purpose of the

kick-off of the Alumni programme / 50-year anniversary of FHWS

2) Consent to processing of photo and video recordings

The photos / videos may be stored and edited.
Planned editing includes in particular:

  • Video editing
  • Photomontage

Subsequent processing only serves the above-mentioned purpose.

3) Consent to publishing (distribution and public display) the photo and video recordings

To serve the above-mentioned purpose, the photos / videos may only be published in the following media:

  • Online on the website: www.fhws.de/en and subpages
  • Social media platform(s): LinkedIn, Instagram, facebook
  • Presentation during the 50-year anniversary celebration in Würzburg and Schweinfurt

4) Information regarding the right of revocation

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future without giving any reasons. The legality of data processing based on the consent until revocation is not affected by this. If the consent is not revoked, it shall be valid for an unlimited period of time.

Scope and legal basis for data processing
Your data is processed for the creation of a alumni greeting video for the kick-off of the alumni programme / 50-year anniversary of FHWS, and for determination and contacting of winners.
Your data is processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) Letter a GDPR.

Information on online publishing
In case of publication on the Internet (on websites, in social media etc.) personal data (including photos/videos) can be retrieved and saved from anywhere in the world. The data can thus be found via search engines. It cannot be ruled out that third parties link the data with other personal data available on the Internet and thus create a personality profile, change the data or use it for other purposes.

Duration of storage of personal data
We do not store your personal data for longer than it is necessary for the specified purpose of processing.

Rights of persons concerned
According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

  • When your personal data is processed, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored on your person (Section 15, GDPR).
  • Should incorrect personal data be processed, you have a right to correction (Section 16, GDPR).
