Directions

From Würzburg main station, please take tram line 1 or tram line 4 “Sanderau”, tram line 3 “Heidingsfeld” or tram line 5 “Rottenbauer” and get off at stop Sanderring. Cross the tram tracks, keep right and turn left into Sanderring. At the next crossing, turn left into Münzstraße. The building is on the left side of the street.

What is there?

Degree programmes Plastics and Rubber Engineering, Surveying and Geoinformatics, Architecture, and Civil Engineering; FHWS administration, Röntgen Memorial Site.

From Würzburg main station, go to the main street “Röntgenring”. Turn left into Röntgenring and go to Röntgenring 8. The building is on the left side of the street.

Go along Sanderstraße against the one-way traffic. Turn left at the first side street into Tiepolostraße. The building is on the left side of the street.

From Würzburg main station, please take tram lines 2 or 4 “Zellerau” and get off at stop Congress Centrum. Follow Kranenkai to the main street and turn right into Röntgenring. Turn into Veitshöchheimer Straße before reaching the Ring Park. After a few metres, the building is to your left.

What is there?

FHWS administration, Faculty of Applied Natural Sciences and Humanities (FANG), Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FE), Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FM), Faculty of Business and Engineering (FWI), several labs, student representation and others.

Arriving at Schweinfurt Main Station, you can either take the “Campus Express” bus; during the lecture period (Monday to Friday) it departs every 20 minutes; first/last departure: 7:44/19:15; bus stop for FHWS: “Richard-Wagner-Straße/Campus 1”

Or you take bus 11 or 12 until their last stop “Roßmarkt” and change into bus 22 or 24 “Bellevue”. The bus stop for FHWS would then again be Richard-Wagner-Straße/Campus 1. The FHWS main building is just opposite the street.

Or you take bus 11 or 12 until their last stop “Roßmarkt” and change into bus 22 or 24 “Bellevue”. The bus stop for FHWS would then again be FH/Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. Follow Friedrich-Ebert-Straße and turn right into Konrad-Geiger-Straße. The building is now to the left.

This building is not used for courses and is not designed fully accessible. Project BEST-FIT and others.

This pavilion is only used as provisional quarter and not designed fully accessible. The building has seminar rooms and workshops.

Change into Bus 22 and get off at “Volksfestplatz”. From the Volksfestplatz you walk back a little against the direction of the bus and then turn right into Gerhard-Hauptmann-Straße. At the end of the street turn left onto John-F.-Kennedy-Ring. Follow the street and turn right into Geschwister-Scholl-Straße. After a few metres you will see the building on the left.

Alternatively, take Bus 10 at Schweinfurt Main Station until “Richard-Wagner-Straße” and change into Bus 22 to the stop “Volksfestplatz”. From the Volksfestplatz you walk back a little against the direction of the bus and then turn right into Gerhard-Hauptmann-Straße. At the end of the street turn left onto John-F.-Kennedy-Ring. Follow the street and turn right into Geschwister-Scholl-Straße. After a few metres you will see the building on the left.
