Department of Student Affairs
On the pages of the Department of Student Affairs (HSST) you can apply online during the application period and log in to the Student Portal (enrolment certificate, confirmation of your periods of study, transcript of records, registration for exams, re-enrolment, change of contact data).
Among information on fees and the list of semester dates, HSST provides various forms for download (e. g. requesting an extension of a time limit, reimbursement of the semester fee, forms for BAföG related issues, or registration of a thesis).
In winter semester 21/22, the department of student affairs will be open for visitors under the regulations stated in the FHWS hygiene policy:
- Tuesday: 8:30 to 12:00
- Wednesday: 8:30 to 12:00 (not during semester break)
- Thursday: 13:00 to 16:00 (not during semester break)
