The date the cancellation is received is decisive. To cancel your registration, please fill in the form “cancelling your registration”, sign it and submit the form to the Campus for Professional Development.
If the attendance fee has already been paid, please also submit the original receipt obtained from the payment terminal. The attendance fee will be refunded via bank transfer.
If an error occurred at the payment terminal during the payment process, please ask a service worker near the terminal or contact the ITSC.
After successfully completing the three exam parts (written exam, oral instruction, written instruction), each attendant will receive a Certificate of Participation.
For presentation purposes at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). This is where you can apply for a certificate.
