Computer Science

Computer science is the fundamental pillar of present and future key technologies. The educational goal of the bachelor's degree programme in Computer Science is to enable graduates to analyse and design complex information systems for technical and economic application areas and to make them available for practical use. In view of the wide range of possible applications for computer scientists, comprehensive foundations are laid which teach the skills for methodical problem solving and enable quick familiarisation with the numerous areas of computer science. Besides basic training, the programme also includes the teaching of interdisciplinary methods and social skills.
